Breathwork - Part 3

As I embarked on the third week of my breathwork journey, I found myself venturing into uncharted territories of personal growth and self-discovery. This week wasn’t just about deepening my practice with more breaths; it was about challenging my limits and celebrating the progress I've made.

Pushing my practice to 15 deep breaths per cycle, I felt a profound shift in my ability to manage stress and maintain focus. Each breath became a step deeper into mindfulness, a testament to how far I've come from those initial, tentative breaths in Week 1.

This phase of the journey has been a revelation. Not only have I noticed a significant improvement in my lung capacity, but the mental clarity and emotional stability it brought were beyond my expectations.
