Important Service Announcement About Hydration

STOP scrolling – important service announcement!

Are you hydrated right now?

Be honest… if not, go and get some water.

75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated.

Proper hydration is vital for our bodies to function optimally. It's not just about quenching thirst; it's about supporting every cellular process in our body.

Drinking enough water can improve cognitive function, energy levels, and even skin health.

I make it a point to keep hydrated throughout the day, often infusing my water with ice cubes infused with fresh meyer lemon, orange, lime or natural (sugar-free) cranberry juice for an extra health boost (and the flavor infusion keeps it interesting). Tracking the amount you’ve consumed is also key - eight glasses a day are recommended. Ideally, we are encouraged to drink lukewarm water over cold, which I cannot do myself. However, I do start the day with a mug of hot water with lemon and ginger slices.

I encourage you to be mindful of your hydration habits. It's a simple step with profound impacts on your overall well-being.
