Start The Day Right

The way I start sets the tone. Before emails, coffee, or the noise, I start my day with hot water + fresh lemon.

Then I give my body a moment… about 30 minutes… before taking a small shot of olive oil to gently support digestion and detox pathways. It’s simple, but powerful.

Wellness isn’t complicated. It’s consistent.
