Wellness as a Foundation

I didn’t build my life around wellness because it was trendy. I built it because I had to. There was a point in my life when my health forced me to stop and really pay attention. I had to ask better questions and understand what was actually going on in my body. That experience changed everything. It shifted how I eat, how I move, how I think, and how I build.

Today, wellness isn’t something I try to squeeze into my day. It’s the foundation that allows everything else to work. When your health is strong, your life expands.

What was the moment that changed how you think about your health?
