Rethink your relationship with caffeine and ask yourself: Do I need coffee…or am I dependent on it? I’ve learned to listen to my body, and if you pay attention - it will perform better.

Try swapping your morning coffee for a peppermint (for alertness) or ginger (for a metabolic boost) tea or a protein smoothie.
