From the Protein Archives of thinkThin®

Building thinkThin® required constant reinvention, countless rejected formulations, and retailers who could not imagine a protein brand for women succeeding at scale.

What carried me through was listening to the customer, adapting quickly, and trusting the opportunity I saw before the industry could.

Each stage of the business required something different. The first years were about proving the idea and building a foundation. Then came distribution, scale, and ultimately creating lasting value.

The lesson was simple: Have conviction without arrogance. Believe in the opportunity, but remain open enough to keep improving the answer.

Year One: Prove the idea
Identify the need, develop the product, listen closely to the customer, and confirm that the market is real.

Year Two: Build the foundation
Refine the product, strengthen the brand, improve operations, and create a business model that can grow.

Year Three: Expand distribution
Secure larger retail partners, enter new markets, and invest in awareness without losing sight of the core customer.

Year Four: Scale with discipline
Build the right team, protect margins, strengthen supply, and create systems that support growth.

Year Five: Create lasting value
Establish the brand as a category leader, deepen customer loyalty, and prepare for the next stage of growth, partnership, or acquisition.
