10 Minutes a Day for Strength, Energy, and Vitality

Lately, I’ve been getting a lot of questions about the small platform in my Ojai wellness room, it’s a very affordable resistance vibration machine. Honestly, I love it.

After years testing wellness tools from peptides to cold plunges, saunas, supplements and more - this simple machine has become one of my most effective tools for strength, tone, mobility, and overall vitality. For women, it’s a quiet game-changer.

The micro-vibrations make muscles contract dozens of times per second, so a 10-minute session feels like a 30-minute workout without stressing joints. It stimulates the lymphatic system, reducing puffiness, inflammation, and that sluggish feeling, while supporting bone density - a key concern after 40. Balance, stability, and core strength improve quickly, and after travel or long days, circulation and energy return fast.

My routine is simple: activate lymphatic flow with an arm series with bands, squats, 30–60 sec planks, and a stretch to finish. Fast, effective, and gentle.
